This is said to be the thorn tree that the crucification crown of thorns was made of.

Monarch:Danaus plexippus


Monarch:Danaus plexippus butterfly looks so beautiful in flight with the sun shining through its wings. its the first time I have seen it. I am sure one of my followers can put a name to it. "please" Photos taken with canon 450D and EF 75-300mm lens at 3 meters distance.

Moth or butterfly

Where is my food then.

Last night my balcony window had 15 of these tiny moths on the glass they had been attracted by the blue neon light of the zapper that is placed in the kitchen to zap the flies, I tried to get a photo of them through the glass but all I got was a backflash. the photos I managed to get! one last night after switching off the zappers and some today before it realized it ws being phographed.

So he decides to sleep in the middle of the path.
what had actually happened was he saw me walking down the path that leads to the other end of the Island but me I never stay on the paths nothing to see I look for grasses and reeds that's where the wildlife is, and me being me and take my time in case I miss anything I did not come back for 2 hours. In the meantime this worker fell asleep waiting for me to come back , only to wake up after I passed. He shouted after me money I need money, me too I shouted back.
